About The Villa
Villa Ohana is family owned and operated. Since taking ownership in 2019, we have dedicated our time to creating a comfortable, modern family-friendly vacation home for all to enjoy.
Some recent upgrades include:
Fully renovated kitchen with Samsung stainless steel appliances (fridge, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher).
Poolside cinema
A BRAND NEW home theatre with 135” projector screen, DOLBY ATMOS 7.2 surround sound and tiered reclining leather theatre seats!
New Smart TVs for every room which provide easy access to streaming services like Netflix, Prime Video, etc
New leather furniture in the primary living area
Pool resurfacing
We have more than enough room to accommodate your family. The villa consists of:
Five bedrooms, each equipped with a Smart TV with cable.
Two master bedrooms. The main floor master bedroom featuring a beautiful ensuite equipped with a stand alone shower and premium soaker tub, bedroom outfitted with a king sized bed and direct access to the pool deck. The upstairs master suite is also equipped with a king sized bed, spacious closet and ensuite featuring a stand alone shower.
The third bedroom, located upstairs, has a queen bed and single bed with access to the walk through full bathroom with tub and shower combination.
Also sharing this bathroom is bedroom number four, The Frozen room, with two single beds.
Lastly, the fifth bedroom presents a queen sized bed. An additional full bathroom is present upstairs.
Now that you are affirmed there is adequate sleeping arrangements for everyone, let’s get to the fun stuff!
There is a fully screened outdoor space featuring a natural gas headed pool with attached hot tub, clean and comfortable patio furniture with outdoor eating area and outdoor TV with cable!
The south facing pool backs onto an extended green space, giving the ultimate feeling of privacy.
On the main floor you will find a large open concept, fully equipped kitchen, NEW stainless steel appliances. The kitchen flows into a large dining area (with table seating for 8, bar seating for 2), with sliding door access to the pool deck. Lastly, we have the large family living room with excellent views of the pool via large sliding glass doors.
To sum up, it’s the perfect home away from home!

Villa Ohana Florida is proudly owned and operated by the Ursel family from Manitoba, Canada.
We’ve been visiting the Orlando area for many years and have truly fallen in love with everything it has to offer. We’re excited to share our own piece of paradise with you and hope it becomes a place where your family can relax, reconnect, and make lasting memories.
Our villa is very much a family run operation. Doug and Wendy lead the way. Doug keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes, ensuring all mechanical and electrical details are in top shape, while Wendy brings creativity and care to every renovation and design touch throughout the home.
Their daughter Kathryn manages bookings and guest communications, making sure your experience is seamless from start to finish. Tara and her husband Vince take care of quality control, regularly “testing” the villa with their young family to ensure it meets the highest standards. Mike and his wife Kristen also lend a hand with quality control, along with their son Hayden, helping us keep the villa comfortable, welcoming, and family friendly.
