Villa Ohana Florida must approve all reservations prior to finalization. There is a $500 reservation/damage deposit required upon finalization. The remaining balance is due 8 weeks prior to check-in day. 

The $500 reservation/damage deposit will be refunded 7 days after check out. 

Full booking agreement outlining house policies will be emailed to you prior to finalization of reservation.

Absolutely NO PETS allowed, including service animals. Any violation of booking agreement will result in immediate eviction. 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of reservation within 8 weeks of check in date will result in loss of full fees paid. Cancellation before 8 week cut off will result in loss of reservation deposit.
