THE VILLA

We have more than enough room to accommodate your family, with 5 bedrooms, each equipped with a Smart TV with cable: one main floor master bedroom featuring a beautiful ensuite equipped with a stand alone shower and premium soaker tub, bedroom outfitted with a king sized bed and direct access to the pool deck. Upstairs you’ll find ANOTHER master suite with king sized bed, spacious closet and ensuite featuring a stand alone shower. The third bedroom, located upstairs, homes two single beds and access to the walk through full bathroom with tub and shower combination. Also sharing this bathroom is bedroom number four, The Frozen room, again with two single beds. Lastly, the fifth bedroom presents a queen sized bed. An additional full bathroom is present upstairs. Now that you are affirmed there is adequate sleeping arrangements for everyone, let’s get to the fun stuff – a fully screened outdoor space featuring a natural gas headed pool with attached hot tub, clean and comfortable patio furniture with outdoor eating area and outdoor TV with cable! The south facing pool backs onto an extended green space, giving the ultimate feeling of privacy.

On the main floor you will find a large open concept, fully equipped kitchen, NEW stainless steel appliances. The kitchen flows into a large dining area (with table seating for 8, bar seating for 2), with sliding door access to the pool deck. Next we have the large family living room with excellent views of the pool via large sliding doors.
